PETEY DANDINI

OWNER & HEAD COACH

Hi there, my name is Petey Dandini, Owner and Head Coach at RISE.
My passion for fitness came at a young age, being a year-round athlete playing sports like basketball, football, baseball, and lacrosse.

Although I played sports year-round, I had always struggled with my weight. My real journey began in high school, when I lost more than 100 pounds—but it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. I’ve lost over 100 pounds three different times, and each season came with its own highs, lows, and lessons.

It wasn’t until after college that I started to take training and coaching seriously. I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and began coaching at Orangetheory Fitness and other local gyms. I’ve spent most of my life feeling like I wasn’t “good enough”—especially in gyms. But that changed when I found coaches who made me feel supported. They didn’t just help me lose weight—they helped me believe in myself.

That feeling of being seen, supported, and pushed to grow—that’s what gave me a sense of belonging.

Helping others feel that same support is what led me to start RISE. I wanted to create a space where people could work on themselves without judgment, where they’re surrounded by a community that lifts each other up. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, or feel better mentally and physically—I’m here to remind you that you're never doing it alone.

That’s why I started RISE.

COACH DAISY

CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER

Meet Coach Daisy, the newest (and furriest) addition to the RISE team! While she may not program your workouts, she’s here to remind everyone that fitness should be pawsitive and fun. Daisy specializes in tail wags, surprise zoomies, and keeping morale high—because sometimes the best personal trainer has four legs and fur.

When she’s not supervising classes or sneaking in belly rubs, you’ll find her perfecting her “sit” and reminding us all that every day is a good day to fetch those goals.

Come for the workout, stay for the puppy love.
