Step 2 — We Reach Out
We’ll text you to learn more about your goals, answer any questions, and walk you through how everything works.
Step 3 — Get Set Up
We’ll help you get set up with our coaching app (Everfit), where your daily steps will be tracked automatically and you’ll be able to follow the leaderboard.
Step 4 — Your Intro Session
If you're new to RISE, we’ll schedule a quick intro session so you can meet us, learn the system, and feel confident getting started.
Step 5 — 4 Weeks of Training + Challenge
You’ll have full access to training at RISE for 4 weeks while participating in the step challenge—giving you structure, accountability, and a little friendly competition along the way.
